Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Commission-Based Bonus

Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional seeking a flexible work arrangement? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our client's team in Central Manchester, offering a hybrid working model that blends office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.


• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients.


• Utilize your industry knowledge to advise clients on risk management strategies.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• 10 years' experience in Commercial Insurance Broking.


• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.


• Familiarity with Acturis software is highly desirable.


• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ACII) are preferred.
