As a Chef De Partie, youll be responsible for crafting and cooking meals in accordance with given recipes and portion specifications.

Responsibilities:



* Ensure timely food preparation meeting quality standards.


* Support in various culinary tasks, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats.

Preserve a hygienic and well-organised kitchen environment.


* Strictly adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain impeccable hygiene practices.


* Engage in seamless collaboration with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.


* Prior experience in a restaurant or culinary environment.


* Understanding various food preparation methods and kitchen equipment.


* Awareness of food safety regulations and adherence to best practices.


* Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.


* Strong attention to detail and precision in following recipes.
