Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services for both business and personal needs.

The Role:

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be handling civil and commercial litigation cases, prioritising client satisfaction, and actively engaging in firm-wide marketing and development initiatives.

Duties:



* Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on client needs and satisfaction.


* Participate in marketing, article drafting, PR, and networking efforts.


* Provide expert advice on civil litigation matters including landlord/tenant and contract disputes.


* Build and nurture strong client relationships.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor or in a similar role.


* Minimum 3+ years PQE.


* Proven expertise in civil litigation with a client-first approach.


* Strong organisational abilities and IT proficiency.
