Estate Agent / Sales Lister

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £18k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate agency providing professional services to clients with a fresh and modern approach.

The Role:

As an Estate Agent, you will liaise with clients, conduct valuations, list properties, and close deals.

Duties:



* Assist in achieving branch targets and winning new business.


* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.


* Demonstrate natural sales ability, negotiation skills, and professionalism.


Requirements:



* Minimum 1 year experience in residential property sales.


* Strong sales track record and industry knowledge.


* Experience in valuations/listings within residential sales (preferable)


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Full UK driving license required.


Shift:



* Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm


* Saturday: 9am - 4:30pm
