• Leading dynamic planning processes, prioritising work based on team capacity and capabilities.


• Reporting progress using Agile KPIs and managing dependencies effectively.


• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and fostering a culture of innovation.


• Managing team members, focusing on effective Agile implementation.


• Engaging with the Product Delivery community and sharing best practices.
