This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join the North American arm of our busy London-based agency.

The Operations Lead Recruitment position is a 360 billing role but will also be responsible in managing the team and driving this branch of the business, reporting directly into the senior leadership team.

The Non-negotiables

• Experience working in a 360-recruitment role within an agency setting (business development, account management & recruitment delivery)
• Experience in managing a team of billing recruitment consultants – ideally a minimum of 3 direct reports
• Experience in hiring for the hospitality sector, either within agency or a corporate internal setting, ideally within the US and Canadian market
