Salary:                 £40,000 plus bonus

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who is looking to step up to General manager and really take the reins in one of their premium venues, ideally Spanish speaking but this is not essential!

• Get up and go attitude – a hard worker who is always looking to improve their restaurant.
• Social and committed to building a good team culture trough ongoing development.
• Financially savvy and can really run a P&L with exceptional reporting capabilities.
