Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Children In Care Team.

About the team

To manage a caseload involving statutory visits, Children In Care reviews, completing Care Plans and Pathway Plans.

You will need to consider and manage risk and safeguard.

You will also be responsible for good quality planning around transition, reunification, and permanence.

About you

As the Social Worker you will lead in complex situations and provide professional support to staff through guidance, co-working, mentoring, and modelling authoritative practice.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential along with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children's Services setting.
