The Right Person

• You will have previous residential care home management experience


• You will hold your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or have an equivalent RMA


• You will have had experience of working under the regulator the CIW

The Package

Our clients aren't shy in paying the right salary for the right individual, they want to get this right.

The initial benchmark is £35k + with bells and whistles, which for the size of this small home is competitive.

However, there would be wriggle room for someone special who performs well at interview and has the right experience.
