Position Overview:

This full-time opportunity, situated in Berlin, entails reporting to the SDR team lead.

As the Sales Development Representative, the individual is adept in sales, eager for frontline engagement, and pivotal to the company's expansion.

Responsibilities:

Within a dynamic atmosphere, the candidate, brimming with vigor and a track record of efficacy, will play a pivotal role in our marketing and sales endeavors.

This entails cultivating qualified leads leading to scheduled tours for our sales team.

The role involves prospecting for new business via diverse channels and advocating the services and merits offered by the company.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Expand the sales pipeline
  • Engage and vet inbound leads, generating sales opportunities for the sales team
  • Proactively seek, engage, and follow up with prospects
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (telephone, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
  • Make a strong initial impression on prospects by comprehending their requirements
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, strategizing next steps for each prospect's progression
  • Cultivate active communication and involvement with prospects to cultivate new leads and sales prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to introduce innovative lead generation strategies

Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses:


  • 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience (essential)
  • Fluent in German with proficient English skills (essential)
  • Experience with Salesforce/Hubspot (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
