We are currently recruiting for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Mental Health Team in London.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience

About the team

This community-based team works to support people with mental health needs.

This is an integrated service with the Local Authority and the NHS but the responsibilities in this role are fully statutory.

Completing Care act assessments, creating support plans and being involved in safeguarding processes are key to the day to day duties.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position.

Experience within a Mental Health setting or Adult's Safeguarding experience lends well to the type of work this team deals with.
