Senior Assistant General Manager – Up to £55,000

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Senior Assistant General Manager for this modern dining venue with a rooftop bar based in West London.  We are looking for somebody who is open to new challenges, friendly, welcoming, and ready to grow with the business.

You will be fun and energetic, people-focused, engaged, and a great leader to your team.

Experience in managing large teams in high-volume venues is a must for this role.

Must have experience in food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine staffing requirements
• Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
• Responsible for day to day operations
• Have a good relationship with local business and create incentives to bring new businesses
• Set the team goals and objectives
• Monitor staff performance including performance reviews
• Venue upkeep according to company standards
• Evaluate current business processes and systems
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
• Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
• Oversee day-today operations
• To provide excellent service standards
