Title: Outlet Manager 

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Package: 8,000 AED basic, up to 4,000 AED live-out, plus service charge 

I'm currently supporting an incredible hospitality group, in Dubai, with their search for an Outlet Manager. 

The group own & operate an incredible luxury property, in one of the most sought after districts in Dubai, and this role will be responsible for heading up an incredible rooftop bar & restaurant, boasting incredible views of the Dubai skyline.

This is more of an intimate venue, seating circa 100-120 guests. 

The role will be reporting directly into the F&B Director, and you'll be responsible for heading up all FOH operations. 

Personality is a big thing for this group, so we're looking for someone with high energy, a real love for hospitality, and someone with a great sense of humour too. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g.
  
  discounts and social media ads).
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
