Composite Laminator Job Summary
 
We are looking for a candidate with experience in manufacturing composite (tooling and components) in industries like (automotive, aerospace, or motorsport).

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong reader of technical instructions, and a team player who can meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
 
Composite Laminator Key Responsibilities
 

- Fabrication of composite tooling and components
- Sealing and releasing of patterns and molds
- Vacuum bagging of tooling and components
- Loading ovens and autoclaves
- Creating templates and kitting components
- Achieving on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

 
Composite Laminator Essential Skills
 

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow technical manuals
