Commercial Manager

A Commercial Manager is required in an established Architectural Steel company based in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on Projects


• 
  Cost management
  


• 
  Accurate cashflow forecasting
  


• 
  Monthly commercial performance
  


• 
  CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation)
  


• 
  Weekly Reviews with each department, Design, Procurement, Fabrication, installation management
  




• 
  Issue monthly applications (AFP's)
  




• 
  In depth review of ENVFAB's commercial processes, update and deliver across the business
  


• 
  Full understanding of Contract / T&Cs
  


• 
  Ensure all RISKS are understood for the relevant departments
  


• 
  Building good client relationships
  


• 
  Working closely with Operation / account departments
  


• 
  Pricing Variations
  


• 
  Helping to secure new works VIA the bidding Process.
  


• 
  Working with the estimators
  

Job details & Package:

• Over 10 years' experience in metalwork / construction.
  
  


• 
  Able to apply the required processes and documentation of either NEC / JTC.
  




• 
  Early warning Notices, Compensation events etc.
  




• 
  Team Player, but self-starter
  


• 
  Start date is asap
  


• 
  Salary is $70,000
