Assistant General Manager – High Volume Leisure and Hospitality

Salary:                 £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

Location:             Bristol

We are on the hunt for an energetic, positive, and highly motivated Assistant General Manager with experience in high volume Leisure / Hospitality businesses.

The venue is all about warm and friendly service! It has a great F&B offering but main focus is the Social Entertainment experience and creating a fun exciting atmosphere!

The Assistant General Manager role:

The site is HUGE, and you will be managing a large team of 50+ staff with a strong management team.

This will predominantly be an operational role, keeping a close eye on the feedback reviews to boost customer engagement and motivating your team!

Essential skills:

• Organisational skills with the ability to plan review and maximise revenue and profitability.
• Minimum 2yrs experience as an AGM, preferably within a high-volume operation.
• Excellent team player and mentor with a desire to develop leadership skills
• You will enjoy a structured environment and have a passion for creating a strong people culture within your site
