Job Role: Head Baker

Salary: 40-45k

Hours: 3 or 4am starts

Contracted Hours: 45

Food Style: Artisan sourdough and pastry

Restaurant Size: 40 covers

Team size: 10-15 BOH

Paid Overtime: Yes

We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead a large team of bakers and pastry chefs in this artisan sourdough bakery with an open kitchen and 40 covers for eat in.

They are part of a group with expansion plans and can produce enough stock for up to 4 bakeries.

They use the best ingredients and finest UK organic flour.

There is lots of creativity with this role, along with a large team to manage so this would suit an experienced baker from a well-known artisan bakery, and a real people person who can develop and mentor junior bakers for success!
