Regional Manager – Restaurant Group

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Our client is a growing restaurant group that is known for its unique atmosphere, inventive menus, and acclaimed cocktail programs.

They are expanding their concepts and are seeking a regional manager to help oversee their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and overall guest experience across all locations.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
