The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, while driving growth in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience within a similar role from a hospitality, events or catering background
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• A sharp commercial mind with expert negotiation skills
• Proven success in sales, business development, and account management
• A background in venues, sports, or festivals is desirable
• Ability to create and lead tender processes
• Proactive, flexible and a real team player
