Director of Operations – Vancouver, BC – Up to $100k

We are partnering with a prestigious café brand to find a Director of Operations to oversee all three locations in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across all three locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence
• Supervise and develop management staff, providing coaching and support to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all locations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to promote employee growth and development
• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, analyzing budgets and forecasts to guide decision-making and ensure profitability across all sites.

What they are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality management in a similar role, preferably in a multi-unit environment
• Strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving financial targets
• Excellent leadership and team development skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching management staff
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support effective decision-making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments
