Family Solicitor

Our client is a well-established law firm that has been in operation for over 150 years and are known for their friendly and approachable staff who put the needs of their clients first.

They are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their Lancaster based team who can manage their own caseload, wants to supervise others and progress within a busy team.

Within this Family Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Undertaking Private Family cases including divorce, private children matters and financial remedy cases


• Conducting your own advocacy in family court


• Liaise with clients throughout the entire process


• Building your own network and taking part in Business Development Initiatives

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Family law, is looking to really make a difference with their work and can work well both individually and collaboratively.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required.

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
