Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor with a passion for the motor industry? We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to join our main dealership team in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £45,000 OTE, with a competitive £30,000 basic salary and a supportive, high-performing work environment.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

Your key duties will include:

- Booking in customer vehicles and managing workshop schedules
- Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process
- Advising on additional work and service packages
- Preparing accurate job cards and cost estimates
- Liaising with technicians and parts departments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or main dealership
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
- Kerridge/Keyloop or similar DMS experience (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
