This full-time role offers a basic salary of £22,500 - £25,000 with commission up to £25,000.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be leading property sales from instruction to completion while delivering excellent service to vendors and buyers.

What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Property Sales Consultant, Estate Agent or in a similar role.


* Experience in estate agency and sales.


* Excellent customer service skills.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
