Venue & Sales Manager, Northampton, £40k - £45k + Bonus

I am excited to be working with an events venue in Northampton who are looking for a Venue & Sales Manager to join the team.  You will be responsible for overseeing operations on-site, and creating a sales & marketing strategy to drive new business.

You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end event mangement
• Drive sales proactively
• Overseeing operations on site
• Building client and supplier relationships
• Cost control
• Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service 

The ideal candidate:

• Previous venue sales and operations experience
• Experience delivering events
• Financial understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about guest experience
