Job Title: Housekeeping Manager – Private Residence – Berkshire

Salary:  £45,000 – Maternity Cover

Location: Berkshire

My client is looking an experienced Housekeeper who has worked in high end private residential estates and has hospitality experience.

My client is based in Berkshire and is looking for a well organised, responsible individual to oversee the day-to day duties of the team.

About the position

• Ensure that the rooms and the public areas are cleaned to the highest levels
• Oversee the housekeeping team and ensure that they check all the rooms
• Manage the housekeeping team
• Meet and greet the guests
• Oversee the stock management

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in luxury private residential buildings
• Experience in luxury hotels would be a benefit
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in managing a housekeeping team
• Effective team leader
• Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
• 5 years’ experience working in the UK
