Cafe Floor Manager - New York City - Up to $65k

We’re working with a well-established café, known for its artisanal offerings and warm, community-focused atmosphere.

They're currently seeking a Floor Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and support a passionate team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role within a restaurant or café setting.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Certificate
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, service-focused approach.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day floor operations, guest experience, and staff coordination in a fast-paced environment
