Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lincolnshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights
Salary: £54,000 + Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Training & Development

This is a role for a multi skilled maintenance engineer who is confident working across electrical and mechanical systems, ideally with experience in PLC fault-finding.

You'll support a 24/7 operation, responding quickly and resolving issues promptly the first time.

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role:

  Fault-finding, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Working with high-speed production and packaging machinery

  
  


• 
  

  Logging work and ensuring audit-ready documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Complying with food safety and H&S standards

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting improvements in reliability and operational efficiency

  
  

The Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• 
  

  NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Electrical qualification (18th Edition ideal)

  
  


• 
  

  FMCG or manufacturing experience essential

  
  


• 
  

  PLC fault analysis experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  IOSH qualified or willing to complete

  
  


• Commutable to Lincolnshire
