They’re looking for a Sous Chef to join their team and support day-to-day kitchen operations, menu development, and overall culinary creativity.

What they are looking for:

• Proven background in leading kitchen teams, ideally supported by professional culinary training
• Both restaurant and event catering exposure are strongly desired
• Experience working in large-scale, fast-paced food operations
• Familiarity with large-quantity cooking or institutional food prep
• Solid understanding of modern food trends, with a focus on quality, efficiency, hygiene, cost management, and visual appeal
