Requirements:

• Proven background in a similar role, preferrably in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Exhibits strong, polished leadership in a fast-paced environment
• General knowledge of costing, menu development and inventory
• Culinary-trained professional with a passion for growth and development
• USA citizen or valid work authorization
