The Role:

We're working with a vibrant, high-energy restaurant and bar in search of an experienced General Manager with a strong background in food & beverage, particularly within restaurants.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to lead from the front, setting the tone for a dynamic guest experience.

You'll take full ownership of the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met, while also focusing on people development and operational excellence.
