The office is based in Hamburg, with remote flexibility from Amsterdam or Berlin which would include regular travel.

Skills and Experience of an Influencer Marketing Manager:
Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in D2C or FMCG
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator marketing tools
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Experience handling contracts and negotiations with talent

Desired:

• Experience scaling influencer marketing in a new regional market
• Analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics
• Creative content production experience
• Past experience in a food, wellness, or lifestyle brand
