We are recruiting a Pizza Chef for a fantastic opportunity to help lead and develop the pizza offering at a successful, multi-site hospitality brand in South-West London.

The Pizza Chef will take responsibility for crafting and refining the brand’s pizza menus, working closely with kitchen teams across all locations to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency.

This is a hands-on role that involves both leading by example in the kitchen and travelling between sites to support training, menu development, and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a Pizza Chef who is truly passionate about pizza and thrives in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Pizza Chef requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role such as Head Pizza Chef or Senior Chef in a pizza-led environment is essential.
• Expertise in dough preparation, fermentation, baking techniques, and pizza innovation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to train and inspire others.
