VP of Food and Beverage – Charleston, SC – Up to $200k + Bonus

Our client, a prestigious upscale hotel group, is seeking a VP of Food & Beverage to join their head office.

This role requires regular travel across the portfolio.

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic F&B leader to shape strategy, drive innovation, and oversee operations at a multi-property level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead F&B strategy across all properties, aligning with brand values, financial goals, and guest expectations.
• Oversee operations and innovation including concept development, menu engineering, vendor management, and service standards.
• Drive performance and consistency through training, team leadership, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate and grow revenue by partnering with marketing, embracing sustainability, and identifying new business opportunities.

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience developing and executing F&B strategies across multi-property hotel portfolios.
• Strong background in concept development for restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and improving financial performance.
• Experience in luxury hotels preferred, but must be adaptable to non-luxury, lifestyle, or boutique environments.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and ownership groups.
