This is a great opportunity to work alongside a talented group, support day-to-day kitchen operations, and help maintain top-tier food quality and team training.
It’s a fantastic role for someone looking to grow, learn, and sharpen their skills in a truly world-class setting.
Requirements:
- Proven background in a similar role, preferrably in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Exhibits strong, polished leadership in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of costing, menu development and inventory
- Culinary-trained professional with a passion for growth and development
- USA citizen or valid work authorization
