We’re partnering with a 5

* luxury hotel, now a culinary hotspot in the Cotswolds.

This Senior Sous Chef role offers the chance to shape menus in a destination celebrated for its heritage and innovation.

The Hotel:

• 86 bedrooms, part of an iconic hotel group in the UK.
• Award-winning Cotswolds location with seasonal, produce-driven menus
• 48-hour contract (rota includes weekends)

The Ideal Senior Sous Chef:

• Proven experience in 5
  
  * hotels or high-end restaurants
• Strong leadership – can deputise for Head Chef and mentor junior staff
• Obsessed with quality, waste control, and kitchen efficiency
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
