The Hotel & Kitchens:


  • Two distinct concepts: Relaxed fine-dining grill + exclusive tasting menu dining room.
  • Team: Focus on upskilling and full training
  • Produce: Locally sourced ingredients  

The Ideal Pastry Sous:


  • Experience in fine dining/hotels (1+ year in current role preferred)
  • Passion for seasonal produce
  • Experience in afternoon tea, and high-volume events
