Head of Operations, London, £75,000 + Bonus

I am working with a portfolio of renowned venues who are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee their multi-outlet food and beverage operations.

You will lead all aspects of food and beverage delivery, from restaurants and bars to cafés, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

The Role:

• Lead and manage F&B operations across multiple venues
• Drive revenue, cost control, and operational excellence
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Mentor, develop, and inspire multi-site teams to achieve high performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance service and guest engagement

Experience:

• Proven experience in leading multi-site Food & Beverage operations
• Background of working in high-end venues and hospitality
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experience
