Job Title: Night Concierge – 5 Star Hotel - Central London

Salary: £28,000 + Tronc

I am on the lookout for a Night Concierge to join this 5 star hotel in Central London.

My client is looking for an experienced Concierge from a 5 Star hotel background.

As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for the guests, so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills.

About the venue and company

• Luxury 5 star hotel

About the position

• Meet and greet the guest on arrival
• Work closely with the housekeeping and reception departments
• Assist the guests with recommendations around London
• Act as an ambassador for the brand
• Provide a 5- star service

The successful candidate

• At least 2 years’ previous experience in luxury hotels
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Strong knowledge of London and the local area
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be willing to go the extra mile
