We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality and loves being at the heart of a buzzing restaurant.

This is a new opening, so you’ll be supporting the GM across all areas of the business – from leading the team to ensuring guests leave smiling.

The Role:
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver the very best service
• Ensure every guest experience is exceptional – making them want to return
• Oversee operational tasks, audits, and day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Maintain consistently high standards across the floor

About You:
• Proven experience leading in a busy, high-volume restaurant
• Passion for team development and mentoring
• Commercially aware – able to support revenue and operational goals
• A genuine love for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
