ServiceNow Developer

A growing digital transformation team is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support their ServiceNow team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build modern workflow applications and front-end experiences that enhance user journeys.
You will collaborate closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver impactful ServiceNow solutions across HR, IT, and Customer domains, using advanced capabilities such as Gen AI, Now Assist, and Workflow Data Fabric.

Key Experience

- Hands-on development experience within ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD, or related areas)
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building custom dashboards and workflows using UI Builder or Service Portal
- Familiarity with integrations via Flow Designer or IntegrationHub
- Understanding of customer journeys, personalisation, and user experience design

Security Requirements

- Candidates must be UK-based
- Eligibility for SC Clearance is required
- Continuous UK residency for the past 5 years is essential

Package Salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
