Site Development Manager | Multi-Site Hospitality Brand | France | €80,000–€100,000 + Bonus

I am searching for an experienced Site Development Manager to drive market expansion for a fast-growing hospitality brand across Paris and wider France.

This position is ideal for a highly commercial, well-connected real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at securing high-quality, high-potential sites.

The successful candidate will take ownership of pipeline generation, negotiations, and market intelligence, playing a key role in shaping the brand’s future footprint in France.

Your Experience

• Strong background in real estate, site acquisitions, or development within France
• Established network across landlords, agencies, and developers (Paris preferred)
• Experience in QSR, retail, or leisure beneficial but not essential
• Proven track record of sourcing sites proactively and winning competitive deals
• Commercially driven, persistent, and comfortable operating at pace
• Fluent in French and English

Your Responsibilities

Pipeline & Market Development

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality locations across Paris and France
• Engage with agents, landlords, and developers to identify suitable opportunities
• Gather and analyse market intelligence: footfall trends, key money norms, competitive landscape

Negotiation & Deal Execution

• Lead LOIs, heads of terms, and negotiations
• Work closely with senior leadership to align site strategy with wider growth plans
• Ensure strong commercial outcomes and optimal deal structures

Stakeholder Influence

• Manage complex conversations with demanding stakeholders
• Represent the brand confidently with landlords, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure priority access to top opportunities
