Executive Chef - Multi-Unit, Bilingual English & Spanish

Up to $125,000 + Bonus

A growing, high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across 10+ locations.

This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role focused on quality control, consistency, systems, and team development at scale.

This position will require lots of work and travel around Maryland.

This position is ideal for a proven multi-unit culinary leader with strong chicken-focused menu experience and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, support, and develop Kitchen Managers and BOH leadership teams
  • Ensure consistent execution of chicken-based menus, recipes, and presentation standards
  • Review food and beverage purchasing, inventory control, and food cost management
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
  • Support new restaurant openings, including kitchen layout, equipment, staffing, and training
  • Collaborate with leadership on special menu items, pricing, and operational improvements

Requirements


  • Proven years of experience in an Executive Chef or senior multi-unit culinary role
  • Hands-on chicken experience is required (rotisserie, fried, grilled, or specialty chicken concepts)
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English
  • High-volume, fast-paced foodservice experience strongly preferred
  • Culinary creativity balanced with systems, structure, and consistency
  • Comfortable managing food budgets, inventory, and purchasing controls
