Job Responsibilities


  • Support pupils' learning and wellbeing as a Supply Teaching Assistant in the classroom




  • Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities




  • Provide one-to-one and small group support where required




  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion in line with school policies




  • Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines as a proactive Supply Teaching Assistant





Qualifications/Experience


  • Previous experience working as a Supply Teaching Assistant or Teaching Assistant in a primary setting




  • A flexible, adaptable, and supportive approach to learning




  • Strong communication and teamwork skills




  • A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
