General Manager – Premium Lounge

Atlanta, GA | Up to $100,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package

The lounge serves elite clientele daily, offering elevated food, beverage, and bar service in a refined hospitality environment.

We’re seeking a hands-on, guest-focused General Manager who thrives in fast-paced operations, leads from the floor, and knows how to build and motivate high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The Role

• Oversee daily lounge operations, including food & beverage, bar service, and appearance care teams
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly staff
• Own P&L, budgeting, inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Ensure consistent delivery of elevated guest experience and service standards
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and operational policies
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in elevated dining, premium hospitality, or high-volume service environments – Think 5 Star Hotels, Michelin, Fine Dining Restaurants
• Experience working in a union environment is a big plus
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a live-service setting
• Able to pass security clearance
