The business has a dedicated academy and a proven track record of promoting from Assistant Manager through to AGM and General Manager.

We’re looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers who thrive in a service-led environment, enjoy leading large teams, and take pride in delivering consistently high standards. 

You’ll suit this opportunity if you:  

• Have experience in full table service restaurants  

• Are currently an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager  

• Have at least 1–2 years’ management experience  

• Understand P&L, labour control and commercial performance  

• Are ambitious and want clear progression to AGM and GM
