A well-established and growing Mediterranean restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a vibrant, chef-driven concept in Conshohocken, PA.

The menu draws inspiration from Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, and Maltese cuisine, blending bold flavors with refined execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in high-quality, high-energy environments and enjoys building strong teams, consistent systems, and standout food.

Relocation assistance is available for U.S.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead all back-of-house culinary operations for the restaurant
  • Execute and evolve a Mediterranean-inspired menu with consistency and creativity
  • Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with ownership on menu development and implementation

What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in full-service restaurants
  • Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, Maltese preferred)
  • A quality-driven mindset.

    Someone creative and wanting to implement menu ideas.
  • Confident leader who builds culture, accountability, and consistency
  • Strong understanding of P&L, food cost control, and kitchen operations
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
