Who you are:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Background of working in hospitality, retail, or service sectors is preferred
• Ambitious and career driven
• Personable and friendly
• Self-starter – able to manage your own time
• The ability to actively develop new business leads and negotiate contracts
• Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as a high volume of incoming inquiries and applications
