We’re partnering with a well-established restaurant group that is deeply committed to its people, its communities, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

They are seeking an Event Sales Manager to lead and expand their private dining and events program.

This role is perfect for a high-energy, detail-driven professional who excels at building relationships, communicating with confidence, and delivering seamless events from start to finish.

The Event Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring every event is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.

Flexibility is essential, as this role includes evenings and weekends to support event needs.

Requirements:


  • Lead and grow the private events and group sales program, driving revenue through strategic sales efforts and exceptional execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact from initial inquiry through event completion
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure events are well-planned, clearly communicated, and flawlessly delivered
  • Oversee event documentation and internal coordination to align all stakeholders on event details and expectations
  • Represent the brand at events and within the community, staying current on hospitality trends and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience
