A well-established, high-end beach club in Noordwijk is looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience in a high-volume, lifestyle-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a natural leader who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working closely with ownership, and is confident making decisions independently. You will have real influence over operations, people, and performance — not just manage, but truly own the business.

Your Role

• Lead and oversee all daily operations of the beach club, ensuring consistently outstanding guest experiences
• Maintain and strengthen the club’s position as a premium destination for dining, events, and social experiences
• Take full responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Recruit, train, and inspire teams to operate at the highest standards
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the owner, taking initiative and driving execution
• Continuously bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency, service, and overall guest satisfaction

Who You Are

• An experienced hospitality leader with a background in large-scale, high-quality operations
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong people manager with proven experience leading sizable teams
• Financially savvy, with a clear understanding of profitability and cost management
• Proactive, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Creative, solution-oriented, and passionate about hospitality
