To MIG/TIG Weld Aluminium 2mm - 20mm

CANDIDATE:
- Ability to MIG and TIG Weld Aluminium and stainless steel 2mm - 20mm
- Highly skilled welder fabricator who can read engineering drawings cope with varied jobs and materials and perform positional weld.
- More than 3 years industry experience welding and fabricating Aluminum
- Ability to positional weld Vertical up horizontal and overhead is essential
- Previous rail experience would be an advantage
- A full Uk driving licence would be an advantage
- Would need to be flexible to work on site

Shore End Installation Engineer / On Site Representative - London with worldwide travel
A large telecommunication company in London is expanding the team and looking for a Shore End Cable Installation Engineer / On-Site Representative to join the team.
You will be part of a dedicated team to manage the installation of telecommunications cable shore end activities worldwide.
This role will involve office duties in London and global site duties.Responsibilities:
Technical evaluation of subcontractors Method of Procedures, Plan of Works, Dive Plans, Health, Safety & Environment plans, and associated operational documentation to ensure alignment with requirements and lessons learnt.
Technical/Operational support to the Project implementation and After Sales teams, including Site Rep briefings and follow up on management of change requests and incident reporting.
Technical reviews of Shore End Installation report submissions from subcontractors.
Supporting the expansion, and site implementation of in-house shore end installation & shallow water burial solutions.
Assisting cable landing point site surveys to access suitability, identify cost effective installation solutions and investigate local resource availability and suitability.
Reviewing dive video surveys, pre-and post-shore end installation.
Participation in pre-landing meetings and shore end landing preparations, coordination of beach works and communication with cable lay vessel.
On site supervision of appointed subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope of work, HSE requirements and Dive Standard, including interface with the client representatives, and approval and sign off upon completion of activities.
Requirements:
Ideally a minimum of 5 yrs.
experience in the marine installation arena, preferably in the submarine cable industry.
Lifting and rigging, Beach excavations, Subsea burial techniques, and Commercial diving experience would be advantageous.
Experience in subcontractor and client relationships.
Able to travel worldwide
Computer literate with Windows/Microsoft office packages.

Working closely with the NHS and private hospital sectors, their customer base also includes veterinary and dental practitioners, small individual and large group practices, as well as security, industrial and education sector organisations.Based at our client's Liverpool HQ and reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a wide-ranging, customer centric support and advisory service which will include elements of marketing, quotations, administration, credit control, team management and, of course, customer service.

To distribute marketing material for appropriate services.
To respond to queries regarding appropriate services from prospective customers.
To provide quotations for appropriate services to prospective new customers.
Is responsible for ensuring that training is being carried out to enable other staff can carry out the process.
To regularly update customer contract schedules with dosimetry information
To prepare service usage data for regular customer contract reviews in line with the Contracts Team.
To administer the dosimetry service including making all additions, deletions, and routine amendments to customer accounts.
To answer phone call queries received and provide first-line customer service support for dosimetry and RPA queries.
To record all queries received, either by telephone or email, on the company database.
This includes monitoring shared inboxes daily.
To record all dosimetry packages shipped.
This includes dosimeters sent by customers, scanning each badge back into our facility and suppliers
To raise cases appropriately for Scientifics Team following all procedures, processes, and time frames.
Ensure all tender opportunities are sent to sales for new RPA customers.
To assist with invoicing and credit control.
To deliver all work in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and all applicable work instructions.
To assist with training new staff within the team.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer focussed or operational delivery role
The ability to act as a mentor and provide leadership to a small team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
Able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills
Able to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities
Knowledge of warehouse operations - desirable
An understanding of scientific terminology - desirable
